In An Accident Broke The Tabia Bone. Did Surgery, Have Rod With Three Screws. Removed One. Have Cracking Noise. Suggestions?

i am 26 year old male i had an accident ,in which i had broke my tabia bone .i went through surgery and have rod in my right leg with three screws 1 at top and two at bottom. 3 weeks before i had a removal of one of my screw ,after that i feel the cracking noise in my right knee it is audible,whenever i climb stairs or bend .
please suggest me.

The crackling noise that you have felt is likely to be due to arthritic changes in the area of injury. This could be due to a decrease in the joint lubricants also. A direct examination is needed for confirmation.
