Hi,
You may use progesterones to advance your cycle. The medication would be needed to initiated soon after your next cycle for a definite result. Please see a specialist for a proper exam before being prescribed the right dosage schedule. Also, advancing a cycle may not always be possible even with proper dosage, postponement would be ideal if possible. Please discuss with your consultant for further suggestions. Hope this helps. Take care.
