Increase In Size Of Testicles. Taking BP, Cholesterol And Triglycerides Medications. Is This Due To Aging Process?

Because of my wifes decline in health due to fibromyalgia we have not had sexual orientation for at leadt a year. Four months ago she decided to get off all fibro meds due to side affects and her body rejecting the meds. Because of this she has regained her libido. We have had sexual orientation twice and she has felt there is an increase in size of my left testicle. I have never noticed there being a change but after bringing it to my attention and examining it my self, I do feel as though there is a bit of an update ncrease in size. I do take b/p meds and cholesterol/triglyceride meds. I am also 47 yrs of age. Could this be just the aging process or is there something else that I should be concerned with.

thanks for the query
in general both the testicles are not placed in same level the left will be little lower and appears little bigger that may be the case or in case if u feel it is irreguraly increased in size like lumpy bumpy that needs attention...in that case pls consult a general surgeon...
