The high values are due to
liver damage because of alcohol, toxin, infection etc.
I can suggest you some lifestyle changes to deal with the stress:
1. Take a nutritious and hygienic diet. Drink clean water. Take fruits and vegetables upto 5 times a day
2. Avoid alcohol and smoking
3. Exercise daily for at least 20 min a day. The exercise can include walk,
yoga, gym, swimming, cycling, etc.
4. May take multivitamins
5. Stress reduction techniques like
relaxation techniques, breathing techniques,
meditation, etc are useful to improve immunity.
