Increased Appetite, Light Cramping In Back. History Of Having Sex 2 Weeks Ago. Possible Pregnancy?

Hi, i probably sound dumb but i had sex 2 weeks ago on October 27th and the past couple days i have had an extremely huge appetite like i can eat a full course meal and still be hungry and have had random light cramping in my back
I know its probably too soon to tell and im probably over reacting but could those be pregnancy symptoms

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You had an unexplained hunger past couple of days.Had light cramping in the back. You had sex on 27-10-13. Suspecting pregnancy.
The period may coincide for the conception. To exclude that you can have Home pregnancy test.
The symptoms may be due to the gastric hyper acidity due to irritant foods, anxiety, indigestion or ulcer.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel.
