Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an increase in hunger which is weird for me. I m 54 yrs old female. Only take lorazepam as needed. Also my right back has hurt for about six months. I have nausea some times after I start eating in morning. I have not gained weight yet, and my bowel habits are strange sorry cannot afford to pay for the answer.
Hi ! I would advise you to go for a blood sugar test and blood pressure check for you as a routine. If these are ok, then there is no need to worry for increase in your appetite. Only concern is that you should not gain weight more than normal, and for this you have to add regular exercise in your daily routine life. This will keep you active, apart from consuming the extra calories which you might be taking. Good luck.
