Infant. Continued Motion In Body, Weakness. Prescribed Metrogyl And Entrojermina. Safe Medication?
gd afternun sir,regarding my baby problem,she has past 4 months and completed 5 months on 30 Sep 13,last two weeks she had continued motion in her body,feeling very weekness,on prescription of doctor my wife took the medicine from medial,please solve my problem, about how i used these medicine,wat are the doses for 5 months baby for her benificial health,wat are the home make food which makes her body good(medicine are metrogyl and entrojermina)

continue breast feeding
give sporolac one sachet daily
Zn-20 syrup 5ml daily
plenty of fluids like buter milk, rice kanjee, coconut water and lemonade can be given
you can also give ORS solution after each motion
as the diarrhea is more than 14 daye duration probably it is persistent diarrhea
may lead to malnutrtion
better consult pediatrician as early as possible
