Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

It is very common for infants to wake up during the night. They want to be close to the mother and some cuddling or, if feasible, breast feeding is going to comfort them. There is no need of giving Colicaid or Colimax as they do not have any role in such a situation. It is safe to give either of the two medicines but, as you noted, they are ineffective.

You can search this platform for pediatrician in West Delhi. However I personally know Dr A J Chitkara.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter all the best.

Regards,
