Sir, My 55 days baby got cold no mucus are coming from nose during beating get some noise from their chest (Gharr, Gharr..) Local Pediatrician advice Gudcef Drops (10 drops x 2 time) Wikoryl AF Drops 10 ml (5 drop x 3 time), Asthakind-P Drops 15 ml (5 drop x 3 time). does this medicine affects the child i giving this medicine from yesterday, suggestion pls.

It seems that your child is having acute bronchiolitis giving this problem.
There is no problem giving these medicines bu it is a must to prevent respiratory complications like pneumonia and cure from this infection.
