Infant Has Not Gained Weight, Breast Feeding. On NAN. Is This Normal?

Hi doc.. my son's age is 1 month 3 weeks now. He has not gained significant weight in the last one month, so my ped suggested to put him on NAN. Im trying pro1 NAN for him from this week. Previously we were breast feeding him and giving him NAN for twice a day only. Now after bf, we are giving him NAN at least 3-4 times a day. The difference is, his previous potty routine was once in a week or so, but now it is increased to once in 2 days. Is it normal? And also the color of potty changed to green from yellow.

hello dear
thanks for your query at HCM
child can pass up to 4 to 6 stools per day depending on food, timing and content of the food that is normal.
change in color can be due to change in your feeding formula.
one more advice exclusively breast feed the child for 6 months , that is best nutrition that a parent can give to child for 6 months, and it also increases IQ of the baby 10 points when compared to non breast feed infants.
if chance is there breast feed the child
regards
