Infant On Nan 1, Spills Milk With Burps, Has Frequent Foul Smelling Vomit With Thick Milk Like Solid Particles. Suggestion?
Hi, My baby is 3.5 months and I am feeding her Nan 1..I have stopped breastfeeding one month back as I had some issues. I am not over feeding and she is spiting more milk with burp or sometime hard to take burps.. even after 3 or 4 hrs in between for the next feed,she is vomiting often..Its kind of thick milk solids particles with bad smell.. much worried..please advice...

Infants in earlier months they have physiological gastroesophageal reflux and it will decrease as the age increases. You can give small frequent feeds at regular intervals and burp after each feed. If weight gain is approprate and urine output is adequate nothing to worry and most of infants it will decrease by 6 months of age.
