My son is 6 months old. In addition to breast milkI have started giving him nestley lactogen2 and porridge made from moong dal. Earlier I used to give him lactogen1. He has started passing green color stool containing thick lumps in it. What is the reason behind it and how to cure this

Relax,there is nothing to worry.
Green colour of stools is due to rapid transition of stools.
Give him oral rehydration solution in case stools are watery.
Give probiotic for 2 to 3 days.
In case symptoms persist get him evaluated.
