Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

At present your child requires sypmtomatic treatment for cough and cold.

Antibiotic are not required.

For nose block, continue to put nasal saline drops whenever required and especially before feeding and sleeping.

For cold you can give a chlorpheniramine containg drops orally in prescribed dosage by a Pediatrician.

For cough , mucolytic cough drops like ambroxol to be given after the prescription.

If there is wheezing , addition of salbutamol orally or by nebulization will help to get relief from cough.

Therefore I advise you to consult Pediatrician for examination of the child and for the advise of medication.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
