Infant With Bruised Bump On The Face After A Fall. Chances Of Broken Nose?

My 18m/o son fell face first while running 2 days ago I noticed a bruise on the side of his nose the next day now today I noticed a bump on side of his nose, he never had any nasal bleeding & does not act like his nose hurts , but I m wondering could he have broken his nose and should I be concerned & take him to doctor to be checked... If nose is broken would they do anything?

Relax.there will be hematoma formation at injury site and will take few days to settle.
since there is no pain or bleeding fracture is unlikely,
Observe for any increase in swelling,any bleesdor pain and in case there is any,get him evaluated by doctor.
