Watery stools are common in children and do not need treatment apart from oral rehydration and electrolyte replinishment. This can be done by giving the child ORS solution as per WHO norms.Proper hygiene and sanitation like good and clean water supply, frequent hand washing is essential.Follow the advice of your Paediatrician.
