I have a painful inflmation of my backside not the anus its self but to the left of it thers like a wram painful bump walking and siting hurt. Ihave been regular so i dont belive its bm related its happend a fewtimes over the last 3-4 years always wile working ( im a cook and tend to collect sweat in this area) i tried to look at in the mirror dident work so i dont know if its discolered. All around my anus is sore but the pain is mostly focused in an area the size of a nickle if lay or stand with my cheeks sperd its not so nad but if i sit or walk it bruns and tingels im 24 yo male
