Injected Testosterone Enanthate Into Right Quad, Feeling Weirdness In Chest, Light Headed. What Happens If It Get Injected In Veins?
Hello, I injected testosterone enanthate into my right quad at 2:37pm, now it is 3:35pm. I aspirated enough to see whether I was in a vein or not. I saw the syringe was clean, so i proceeded with the shot. Once I took the syringe out, I saw a bit of blood, no in the syringe, but before the needle. I started feeling weird. When I took deep breath, I could feel weirdness in my chest, a bit light headed, and a lot of panic because this has never happened before. I just want to know if I am fine now, and what happens if I accidently injected test e into a vein. Will I get a stroke , will I faint? How long till I know I am 100% ok to not worry about it anymore. One more thing, I did not cough, and when I took the needle out, a drop of blood only came out which is normal because this always happens. Please inform me this is urgent and bothering me a lot!

First of all please do not do shots by yourself , ask a healthcare professional to do them for you. It seems to me like you did hit a vein ,it can kill you in big doses, but the chances are minimal. The danger is due to the oil as it passes through the bloodstream it will eventually reach capillaries. Tissue then becomes starved of oxygen/nutrients, as it is only receiving oil. It can cause a heart attack or a stroke, that's only in rare cases though.
Normally you only get a coughing attack just like you had , so from next time onwards please be careful. For the moment you are fine.
