Injured Glute, Fractured 7th Vertebrae, Bruising. Should I Stop Exercising?

Hi I was hi by a car a year ago and landed on my left glute. I had bruising there and slight swallen bit and a dip. A year later I feel ready to do some yoga (I had a fractured 7th vertabrae so left til now). I did some lunges and now I have bruising which looks like a donut round the raised area on my left glute. Should I stop exercising or is this the body healing itself? Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for writing us.
For description it seems to be exercise induced bruise over your glute. I suggest you to stop exercises for some time. Give time for bruise to heal. If it not heal or increases in size, then get it evaluated by your doctor.
Hope this helps you.
