Injured My Knee. X Ray Came Clear. Noticed Bruising. Any Danger?

I injured my knee
X ray came back clear, awaiting a MRI
There were 2 clicks when it happened. It was a lateral movement left then right with it clicking each time
It's been 9 days since the injury and the swelling has come down
There are some raised areas on the knee and now some bruising on the side of the shin/ calf area

HI,
Your xray will come normal as you dont have any fracture but the changes you have noticed are due to the damage to he underneath strutcures.it will gradually go off and if doest you can consult orthopedician for examination.thank you.
