Injured Wrist, Soreness, Bruised, Painful. What Can Relieve Situation?

i have injured my wrist a year ago while bodybuilding, i have had a severe ligament tear in my luno triquetral ligament in my wrist that was not nicely healed.
the doctors in lebanon are suggesting to perform a partial wrist fusion
i have a sore wrist and a lot of bruising as if the superficial layer of skin is disappearing from it and the wrist skin is not growing any hair even though i am hairy
I am always in pain and it seems like my wrist problem is affecting my hand and the forwarm which are bothering me and making me feel at pain whenever moved or in contact with anything else
Please i would highly appreciate any suggestion that helps me get relieved about m wrist situation and how it can be healed cause the situation is becoming unbearable and affecting everything

Wrist is a very complex joint with many small bones.
Any misalignment due to structural defect(like ligament tear) with affect the stability, mobility and functionality of the joint.
If the conservative method of treatment does not help then the next option is surgery.
