Hi and thanks for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about what you experienced with your anus. Hope you get relieved sooner than later.

The tablets you have taken don't offer immediate relief. Try taking some pain medications and anesthetic(lidocaine containing) suppositories to help relief yourself of the pains while you see to get evaluated by your physician. Also, try to maintain soft stools through drinking much water, fibers, vegetables and fruits for the tie being.

Hope this helps. Wish you a speedy recovery.

Welcome to HCM!
Injury to anus due to hard stools causes severe pain & this
pain further causes spasm (contraction) of the anal sphincteric muscles,
further constipation, more hard stools & trauma again.
So, for relieving this constipation, first the pain must be relieved, so that stools can be passed easily, without pain & with anal sphincteric muscles relaxed.
For that, apply lignocaine gel locally, before & after passing stools and also
4 times in a day.

Eat high fibre diet, green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water.
Take stool softners, antibiotics, analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs,
Vit. C preparation with your doctor's opinion.
Get physically examined by your doctor once so that extent of trauma to anus can be assessed.

Wish you a speedy recovery!

With warm regards.
Thanks!

Welcome to HCM.
You might have injury in the anus during passing of stool.
Have you history of constipation...?It usually occurs after passing of dry, hard stool. You have to apply local lignocaine, zinc containing cream.Take oaral nsaid to subside pain.If it is recurrent than get examined by surgeon to rule out anal fissure.
Otherwise avoid constipation by taking more liquids, high fiber diet.
Take issabgool or liq.cramafin to relieve constipation and promote local healing.
Consult surgeon for better diagnosis and medical management.
