Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your uncle is treated by Angiplasty with DES which is very good way of revascurarization for heart, but once procedure is done you should take medicines as advised, and watch for any chest pain (Angina), papitation, and shortness of breath if any abnormal symptom is there consult the doctor.
Usually these medicated stent are good and with the drugs restenosis is less common.
Take care of diet, regular walking, reduce weight if over weight, reduce stress, keep Lipid profile in desirable range.
If Hypertensive or Diabetic keep very good control of both.
If by chance he smoke or takes alcohol he must stop both.
A follow up with cardiologist at monthly interval if every thing is fine.
Take care
Good Luck to him.
