Hello, Thanks for posting the question to H.C.M. Forum. Running nose , congestion in chest, dry or productive cough, heavy headed, sore throat. Usually these symptoms are due to allergy.
Usually anti allergen treatment is sufficient. Gemifloxacin is responsible for insomnia, belching. Burning sensation in chest is due to allergy. Pain in stomach due to gemifloxacin may cause uneasiness in chest. So consult a physician and get in common cold treatment. Good luck. Dr. HET
