Intense Pain, Tightness In The Left Thigh Post Hysterectomy

i was having pain in my left groin area, they had found some cyst on my left ovary , but before the surgery my dr wanted another opionion, she didnt think they cyst were the cause of all the pain, so i went to a physical therapyst, which figured it was the llopsoas muscle , but said to go ahead with the hysterectomy and if the pain continued after that to come back,, so i had my hysterectomy had a cyst on cervix lots of scar tissue due to a c section 25 years ago which was pulling everything to the left, it s been a week since surgery and if i lay to long sit to long my left thigh feels real tight and hurts when i get up--what could cause that pain
