Hi there, Thanks for your query. You are suffering from either, disease of internal ear (either Meniere s disease , labyrinthitis or Benign Paroxyxmal Postural Vertigo). A course for adequate duration of betahistine will cure your dizziness. If you have been having episodic constipation, alternating with diarrhea, or constipation alone earlier too, then it is Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If you are middle aged, an obstruction in the colon (polyp or other growth) may be the cause. Colonoscopy will reveal presence/absence of the growth. Green stools after a chronic constipation, is normal. Take strong laxatives initially, followed by Psyllium husk twice daily to avoid getting constipated in future.
