General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 36 year old male who had an accident and trauma to the intestines hence had the surgery of removal of large intestine and a foot of small intestine; has developed diarrhea since then. Also has pain most of the times. has many other problems too.
Since the large bowel has been removed, the function of of absorption of water, b-complex an some minerals has stopped.
The feces is fluid till reaches the large bowel which is absent in your case.
Hence I would advise you the following:
You will have to make a chart of the foods and beverages which help solid motions and to continue these only.
Make another chart stating the foods and beverages that cause liquid stool and to stop it altogether.
You may also try Ayurvedic treatment containing fruits of bel-phal that has solidifying effects and it works in some condition the best to have control of diarrhea well.
Bowel training over the time will help you further.
I find this answer helpful
