Involuntary Facial And Lip Movements, Headaches, Difficulty In Getting Words, Memory Deficits. Chances Of TIA Or MS?

I have had involuntary facial movement on the right side of my face and lips under my nose. I can only describe. This feeling as something under the skin . I had a few headaches last week. I m worried about a TIA or MS there is definitely something neurological happening I believe. I have been having some word finding problems and memory deficits too
