Hi, my name is Ardi and I have an old IBS for a long time and it has not been treated. my bowel movement is very frequent like three or four times a day and very irregular and suddenly urgent needs of going to washroom.And when I eat a meal if I sleep even for an hour after wake up I feel bad in my stomach and I need to go to washroom.Also I can not eat a big meal because right away I feel sick in the stomack.thank you very much for taking your time to read this

The person will have to learn to stop the symptoms from reoccurring, once irritable bowel syndrome has been diagnosed. This is different for most people.There are many ways to cope with irritable bowel syndrome. But Irritable bowel syndrome treatment is essential if a person wants to live a relatively pain free life. TREATMENT OPTIONS: Medications, proper diet, daily exercise, and stress management are the Irritable bowel syndrome treatment options. Depending on the severity of the pain, medications from over the counter laxatives to prescription drugs may be used to lessen the pain caused by IBS. People should seek medical attention, if they need to use the bathroom more often than usual because it could be any number of things that are wrong.Because the irritable bowel syndrome sufferers do not want to go outside for fear they will need to use the bathroom often or will have stomachaches and have to go home early, they sometimes experience depression.
