Irregular Menstrual Cycles, Sore Breasts, Tingling, Pinkish Discharge. Why ?

Hello I am a 38 year old woman in the last few months my menstrual cycle has been a little irregular meaning it has changed my cycle use to be 28 days but now it's about 30 days. My breast are sore and tingling and look somewhat different. I had a pinkish discharge a week ago and my period started very light this week. But my breast hurt

Altered menstrual cycle can be due to uterine pathology like fibroids or endometriosis .
you may need to do USG or hysterosalphygraphy .
Breast soreness can be due to abscess or collection ,consulting your doctor you can start antibiotic.
