Hi,
According to your reports, you seem to be suffering from polycystic ovaries; the clinical history of irregular periods and infertility goes in favor. You should see an infertility specialist who will give you a complete evaluation regarding your fertility status and also assess your partner. You would be needing a complete hormonal profile, check for ovarian reserve, tubal patency, cervical factors and so on. After assessment and the diagnosis, you may be put on ovulation induction with monitoring and timed intercourse. Meanwhile try to maintain a healthy body weight and do some regular daily exercise. Wish you good luck.
