Poly cystic ovarian disease is the condition in which ovary is enlarged with peripheral cysts( fluid like structure)and this condition is due to altered hormonal status. It can present with menstrual irregularity, infertility, hirsutism etc. Treatment is medicinal and rarely surgery is the option. Don't worry. Consult your gynecologist. Get well soon.
