I havent had mine this month I've only had a baby 4 months ago on the 18 of June they havnt really been regular since then and the last one was hardly a period I wasn't sure if it was cause it was only spotting and I've taken a pregnancy test but still came up negative? Hi,

Do not worry, such irregularities in the periods are normal for new mothers, especially when they breastfeed.

Take mephenamic acid to reduce cramps (it won't harm your baby if you are breastfeeding).

Keep doing gym as it will help keeping you fit and healthy, drink plenty of water, and eat healthy foods.

Wish you health!
