Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
Bromergon is a drug which helps lower serum prolactin levels. Elevated levels of this hormone may cause irregular periods & ovulation problems along with the nipple discharge.
If your prolactin levels are very high when you were given this medicine then it is likely to be helpful.

General & Family Physician Dr. Shoaib Khan's  Response
Hello ma'am.

First of all, we will have to confirm the blockage of the tube with the help of an endoscopic investigation, once this is done we can find the exact cause for the same, in such a situation the most common cause is endometriosis or a previous complicated pregnancy.

Once this is identified, the adhesion causing the blockage should be removed. Just hormonal therapy prescribed by thos particular gynocologist will not suffice.

Please visit anther gynocologist for the advised investigation, and get yourself treated at the earliest.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
