Irregular Periods And Ovulation. Diagnosed Infection, Blocked Fallopian Tube, Breast Dropping Water. Prescribed Bromergon. Help
Doctor Sir, i a single lady of 28 years old. i've been having irregular mensuration and ovulation since 2010. and have gone to different laboratory test- all the result was that i have infection. finally i went to a gynachologyst who told me that one of my fallopian tube is blocked and my breast is dropping water. he gave me some drugs and prescribe BROMERGON for me. pls can this help my situation.
Hi, Thanks for writing in. Bromergon is a drug which helps lower serum prolactin levels. Elevated levels of this hormone may cause irregular periods & ovulation problems along with the nipple discharge. If your prolactin levels are very high when you were given this medicine then it is likely to be helpful. Regards
First of all, we will have to confirm the blockage of the tube with the help of an endoscopic investigation, once this is done we can find the exact cause for the same, in such a situation the most common cause is endometriosis or a previous complicated pregnancy.
Once this is identified, the adhesion causing the blockage should be removed. Just hormonal therapy prescribed by thos particular gynocologist will not suffice.
Please visit anther gynocologist for the advised investigation, and get yourself treated at the earliest.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
