Irritates By Sound, Echoing In Ear, Prescribed Surgery. Necessary?

i am feeling irritation when some body talk or i hear some music. sound seem echoing in my ear for last two weeks. My ear is neither paining nor any thing is oozing out. The doctor has advised some sort of surgery where they will implant a tube in my both ear. Please suggest if it can be corrected my any medicine or not.

I would advise you to go for second opinion, before thinking for surgery, this could be irritating factor or precipitating factor for you, have nice day.
