Irritation In Eyes, Ears, Throat, Abdomen. Have No Allergies, Not Celiac. Cause For Above Symptoms?

I have been to several doctors - even specialists (ENTs) and allergy specialists. They all say that I have no allergies and am not Celiac , yet I have some irritation to my eyes, ears, throat and abdomin when I eat....I believe it is from wheat. I am at a loss for what to check/change so I no longer have these annoying - not life threatening issues. What is your suggestion?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for contacting HCM
You consulted so many doctors even ENT and allergy specialist. and all doctors have same view such as no allergies and not Celiac disease. Therefore better to avoid wheat or consult the psychiatrist for better further management.

thanks
