Hi,

No, 10 grams of Escitalopram is not the same as 200 grams of Zoloft. They are different medications and have various dosage recommendations. A medication's dosage is determined by multiple factors, such as the patient's age, overall health, and response to the drug.

It is essential to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider and to consult them first before changing your dosage. If you have any concerns about your medication's effectiveness, it is best to talk to your healthcare provider.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
