Beer has very less alcohol content and if you have consumed very little amount then it wont cause any harm.
drinking at Regular interval without intoxication wont cause addiction. Addiction means tolerance and withdrawal features which are bad for health.
You seems to have social drinking pattern and maintain to these level without increase amount can not be harmful to health.
Regular assessment body check up is also advisable to notice early changes if any.
I hope i have answered your query. Thank you.
