Is Advantan Cream Safe To Use?

Hello, I was wondering if I could use Advantan cream on a blind pimple that has been on my cheek for at least 2 weeks, and won t go away. It s not as red as it used to be in the beginning, it s more like a pink color and it doesn t hurt now. But, if I touch it, I can still feel is a bit swollen under skin.

ADVANTAN cream is steroid cream.
long time using will give drastic results.
It will tan the skin, drying the skin,and thinning the affected part turn to pallor on that area. Stop that cream immediately.
Tropical use of Clindamycin gel for pimples.
Tab isotretinoin daily for 8 weeks will give Good result.
If need consult good dermatologist and analyse the problem.thank you.
