Is Ambrodil S Safe For A Child With Cold, Cough And Fever?

My 16 months old daughter is having cold ,cough and fever from past 3 days . Doctor has given her T- Minic syrup , ambrodil -s and crocin for fever but after starting Ambrodil S her cold and cough has increased and she is throwing up a lot and her appetite has decreased . What to do ? Is Ambrodil S safe for her and is this medicine given for normal cold or cough .
