Hi,
Thanks for writing in to HCM.

Amoxicillin is a common antibiotic prescribed to children for throat infections and sinusitis. Kindly give the entire course to your child .

The burning sensation is common with flonase or any nasal drops when it reaches the throat after being administered into the nostrils may cause little burning sensation. So, dont worry nothing abnormal.

You can give warm fluids , steam inhalation and salt water gargle for supportive treatment.
Hope this answers your query .
