Hi Dr Good morning I have been prescribed Aspavor 20mg for 3 months having an ldl 4.10 hdl 1.03 and triglycerides 2.44. I got to do another test after 3 months.My question is - should I have to take aspavor for the rest of my life - I suffer pains and aches

Hello.Muscle aches are frequent at the beginning of treatment with Atorvastatin,improve with the passage of days.
Treatment with Atorvastatin (or other statins) is, initially, for life although the dose may be decreased in function of cholesterol and triglycerides levels.
