Is Aspirin Advisable For Vertigo And Blurred Vision?

I am experiencings severe vertigo today, trouble swallowing lately and my eyesight seems to blur somewhat in the last few months. I will go to my doctor in the morning, but should I take an aspirin this evening? Took a goodies today at 9:30am because of severe headache.

Take an antivomit (anti-histamine) meds you find over the counter for this night only until you see your doctor.
