Asthalin nebulization is much safer than oral Asthalin in children. During nebulization medicine directly reaches the target i.e. lungs and bronchioles, thus maximising the effectiveness and minimising the dose and adverse effects on other organs of body. While if Asthslin is given orally it gets absorbed in blood from GIT, it reaches all the organs of the body rather than reaching only the lungs and therefore it s adverse effects like increased heart rate, tremors etc are seen, further it s less effective and much higher dose is required.
