Hello
Atorvastatin is basically a drug to lower your cholesterol levels, So it doesn't directly affect the Blood pressure acutely. So don't worry about it and you can take the drug any other time in a day if you miss the dose at your routine time, it won't have deleterious effect if you miss a single dose.
Hope this alleviates your worry and answers your query.
Regards.
