Hello doctor I am 29 weeks 4 days pregnant with twins. I had some lower abdomen pain around 15 weeks nd was given mcdonalds stitches.now my all reports are normal like gct,triple screen test except haemoglobin which is 10.6. My tsh also increased nd was 7.2 around 2 weeks ago.bt now it is 5.2 as m taking thyronorm as per my doc advise. Today my doc advised me to take injection of betesol for two days. I m unable to understand why she has advised me so as i hv read that the injection is given if there are chances of preterm delivery. Is it necessary to take this injection? Is it safe? m i at risk of preterm delivery? Doc plz clear my doubts.
