Read your prob, this autosy report shows that death occure due to MI n CHD due to almost stop blood supply to herat due to sever atherosclorosis of coronary arteries. means blockage of blood vessales which supply blood to heart. antroacosis occure due to exposure of coal dust which cause of emphysema also. smoking is also cause of all of these conditions.
