My daughter is 25 months old. For Last two day she did not have any motion and when we are trying to feed her she is reluctant to eat and even if she eats little she is vomiting whether its milk or rice. Her belly has become swollen and appears bulgy. Sometimes she is passing winds with bed smell.
we have carmicide syrup once prescribed by her pediatrician. Can we give that to her ? if it can be given that how many times a day? please advice.
