Is Ceftin And Steroid Nose Spray Right Treatment For Sinusitis?

I ve been diagnosed with sinusitis (originally thought to be a toothache) and have been swimming every single day for eighteen months, an hour a day in a chlorinated pool. I can understand the genesis of the disease, therefore. But it seems to be accompanied by a weakness in my arms and legs and flushing in my face, especially in the morning. Additionally my nose is NOT stuffed up, but there are polyps. The last year has been an absolute nightmare, and the diagnosis is recent. I ve been prescribed ceftin and a steroid nose spray. Any hope? Anything else I should consider? Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
If this is sinusitis without fever and associated infection so this can be only treated on conservative level, no medication needs for this, initially this can be managed with general management like drinking more water, have hot drinks, steam inhalation, avoid swimming till it get alright, if this fails to work then and then medicine can be tried, take care, have a nice day.
