Is Cipro Safe For Bladder Infection?

I have a labial abcess and live out in the boonies. I have clarithromycin at home from a chronic sinuses infection last year. and cipro for bladder infections. Will that work until i can get to the doctor. I have had them before. so i know that is what is it.
