Clindamycin is very safe to apply twice a day. The acne marks if not very deep should go away as the lesions heal but if there are any scars, then I advise you to have them treated at the end of your current treatment so that all scars can be improved at one time. I presume that you are responding well to treatment so far. The medicines for acne marks may work to some extent in some cases but the best results are expected with scar specific treatments which are better dealt at a later stage. Best wishes
